基于结构方程模型的网络消费者满意度影响因素实证分析
摘要
随着电子商务的发展,越来越多的电子商务企业将网络消费者满意视为企业获得竞争优势的重要因素。本文基于ACSI模型,建立了网络消费者满意度影响因素的模型,且以当前网络购物主体之一的在校大学生为调查样本进行了实证分析。实证研究结果支持修正后的模型。
