Construction on Modern Education Technology Training System for Professional Teachers in Medical Colleges

随着各种技术手段的不断发展,现代教育技术应用在高校教育事业中发挥着越来越重要的作用,高校教师对各种现代化的教育技术手段的掌握应用程度直接影响到了教学质量和教学效果。本文探讨了在医学院校医学教育教学过程中如何通过教育技术培训来提高教师对教育技术手段的掌握应用程度和解决技术先进、理论落后的"新瓶装旧酒"的问题,对于提高教育技术设备利用率、促进专业课堂教学质量提高有着较高的参考价值。

With the continuous development of various techniques,modern Educational Technology has been playing an increasingly important role in university education.University teachers’ master and application of various educational technologies has direct influences on the teaching quality and teaching efficiency.This article is exploring how to improve teachers＇ mastery of educational technology applications and how to solve the problem of ＂old wine in new bottles＂,in another words,the new technology is based on a out-of-date theory,in medical schools teaching process.The research will be of referable value to improve the efficiency of educational technology equipment and promote the quality in professional classroom teaching.
