21世纪是以知识为基础的知识经济社会,知识将成为社会发展最主要的资源,社会现代化最重要的支撑。因此,图书馆要真正担负起人与知识关系的中介机构,适应人们对图书馆产生的新需求,图书馆在发展观念上必须有所转变与跨越。
21st century is a knowledge-based knowledge economy,knowledge will become the most important resource of social development,the most important supporting social modernization.Therefore,the library should really take on the relationship between human agency and knowledge to meet people＇s demand for the emergence of new library,the library must be in a change in the concept of development and leap.
