摘要
针对某选矿厂铅锌原矿硫铁含量高,黄铁矿活性大,分选指标低,重点研究铁闪锌矿与黄铁矿分离药剂条件,提出中低碱矿浆锌捕收剂MZ-3强化锌硫分离新工艺,扩大试验证明:锌捕收剂MZ-3能在中低碱度下选择性地浮选锌矿物,强化锌硫分离,提高含铟锌精矿品位,并且富集伴生元素铟、银、金,为综合回收创造条件。
Based on the raw ore' s high content of pyrite, high activity of pyrite and low separation performance in a concentra- tor, the research is focused on the reagent condition for the separation of marmatite and pyrite, and the new separation technology of using high efficiency collector MZ-3 to strengthen the separation of zinc and sulfur minerals in middle to low alkali pulp is proposed. The pilot test demonstrates that the high efficiency collector MZ-3 can float zinc mineral selectively under middle to low alkalinity condition, intensify the separation of zinc and sulphur minerals, improve the grade of indium-bearing zinc concentrate, and it can enrich the associated element of indium, silver, gold and achieve comprehensive recovery.
