摘要
电能作为清洁能源,广泛地应用于工业各领域。采用大型有芯工频感应电炉为熔化炉的SCR连铸连轧生产线,充分发挥西部地区水电资源丰富的优势,高效的利用电能,同时也符合国家节能减排的基本国策。其熔炼工序质量控制有别于传统的以竖炉为熔化炉,天然气为燃料的SCR连铸连轧生产线。本文笔者通过多年的实践,根据大型有芯工频感应电炉运行的特点,结合SCR连铸连轧工艺对熔炼工序的要求,论述熔炼工序的质量控制要点。
Electric energy is widely applied in all fields of industry as the clean energy. The large - scale line - frequency core induction furnace is adopted as the melting furnace in SCR continuous casting and rolling production line, which can give full play of the su- periority of the abundant hydroelectric resource of western region, it can efficiently use of electric energy, and also can meet the requirements of the basic state policy of energy saving and pollution reduction. This smelting process is different from the traditional SCR continuous cast- ing and rolling production line which uses the shaft furnace as the smelting furnace, and natural gas as the fuel. The author has done the practice for many years, the quality control points of smelting process is discussed according to the features of large-scale line - frequency core induction furnace operation, and combining with the requirements of SCR continuous casting and rolling process.
