为全面提高球团矿的产量、质量,降低各种消耗,针对40万t/a圆形竖炉生产线配料不稳,造球配套设施不够完善,圆形竖炉自身缺陷,成品系统故障多,煤气发生炉系统供气不足而影响生产的问题。在分析总结的基础上,采取了一系列相应的改造措施。在问题得到解决的基础上,产品的产量、质量迅速稳步提升,各种消耗直线降低,成效显著。

The problems caused by unstable dosage system of 400000t/a cylindrical vertical furnace, imperfect pelletizing sup- porting facilities, the self - deficiencies of the furnace, finished product system failure, insufficient gas supplying of the gas generator shall be resolved in order to increase pellet output, quality, and reduce consumption. On the basis of analysis and summarization, a series of cor- responding alteration measures are adopted. On the basis of settlement of the above mentioned problems, the quality, output of the products is increased rapidly and steadily, and all kinds of consumptions are decreased, which achieved the remarkable results.
