摘要 为了在汽车内外饰产品开发时,更好地管控并持续提升设计质量,文章对DFMEA(设计故障模式影响分析)进行了研究。分析了设计阶段DFMEA与产品设计规范、质量跟踪及经验总结等之间的关系。通过不断循环使用以及信息反馈更新,可以保证内外饰DFMEA数据库、内外饰技术规范及技术要求全面且数据准确。根据分析结果,在项目开发过程中引入DFMEA,可以起到设计失效模式预防及设计规范检验的作用,对汽车内外饰产品设计质量控制及质量提升有明显作用。 To control and improve the design quality better during the development of auto interior & exterior trim product, this paper introduces a research on one of the Five Quality Tools-DFMEA. The relationship between DFMEA and product design specification, quality tracking and experience summary during the product design stage is analyzed in the paper. The result proved that DFMEA has an obvious effect on design quality control and improvement through continuous cycling and information feedback. According to the result, DFMEA to a project is introduced during the process of the development, it turns out that the product design quality has an obviously improvement at the time of project summary which proved that DFMEA does have a significant effect on improving the design quality of the auto interior & exterior trim product.
