Anti-corrosion Performance Design of Car-body Arised from an Automobile's Carbody Corrosion

摘要 针对某品牌汽车车身生锈严重的问题,文章通过与其他厂家车型的对比分析,发现车身用板材不是导致问题发生的真正原因,涂装工艺孔设计的不合理才是导致车身防腐性能缺陷的诱因。结合分析结果,在产品设计阶段对涂装电泳通电孔、排水孔、排水筋及排气孔的设计进行了阐述。指出涂装工艺孔设计的考虑对车身防腐性能设计考虑的重要性,为今后新车型开发过程中车身防腐性能的设计提供了指导。 Aimed at ear-bndy corrosion, tilts article analyzes the automobile factory's car-body cmxosion compared with other automobile factory's ear-body. Finding a conclusion that the body panel material is not the true reason tor corrosion happening, and reasonless design of painting engineering hole is the induced reason for corrosion. According to the analyzed conclusion, it illustrates an automobile factors car model successfully produced in product design stage about ED holes, drain holes, drain heads and air vent holes. It demonstrates that the consideration about engineering holes design of painting during product design stage is vmT important tbr anti-corrosion performance of car-body, it provides the guiding for designing anti-corrosion performance of carbodv in the new model car development.
