摘要
以丁香酚为原料,以正戊醇为溶剂,经过碱催化异构化、稀释、碱洗、萃取、酸化得异丁香酚,收率为66%。萃取剂可以回收利用,降低了成本。该法改进了文献合成方法,避免了采用羰基铁等剧毒催化剂,且后处理工艺相对简单,便于操作。
With eugenol as starting material,amyl alcohol as solvent,after base-catalyzed isomerization,diluted alkaline washing,extraction and acidification,the yield of isoeugenol was 66 %.Extractant can be recycled,reducing the costs.This method improves the preparation synthesis method,avoiding the use of toxic catalyst carbonyl iron,and the post-treatment process of it is relatively simple and easy to operate.
