摘要
以氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐单体为原料,对聚氨基葡萄糖的合成工艺条件进行了研究,通过氨基保护、聚合、脱氨基保护等过程合成了相对分子质量大约为1000的聚氨基葡萄糖。以聚氨糖的收率和相对分子质量为指标,根据单因素和正交试验确定聚氨糖合成的优化工艺条件为氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐∶氢氧化钠∶甲醇比例为5∶0.9∶100,反应温度40℃,反应时间2.5 h。加入氨基保护剂后,温度仍维持在40℃反应,反应3.5 h。该工艺条件下,所得到的聚氨糖产物的收率为14%,合成的聚氨糖相对分子质量为989。该方法为氨基葡萄糖的综合利用提供了新途径。
The paper researched the synthesis process conditions of polyamino glucose and synthetize the polyamino glucose that the relative molecular mass is about 1000,with glucosamine hydrochloride monomer as raw material,which undergoing processes of amino protection,polymerization,deamination,and etc.Based on the molecular weight and the yield of glucosamine the optimum the synthesis process conditions of polyamino glucose has been determined by both single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment as follows: The mass ratio of glucosamine hydrochloride/sodium hydroxide/methanol is 5∶0.9∶100,reaction temperature is 40 ℃,reaction time is 2.5 h.After joining amino protection,reaction temperature is 40 ℃,reaction time is 3.5 h.Under this condition,the molecular weight of polyamino glucose is 989 and the product yield is 14 %.and this research provided a new way of the multipurpose utilization of Glucosamine.
