摘要
优化工艺条件,从山竹(Garcinia mangosteen)果皮中提取具有多种生物活性的黄酮。采用传统溶剂提取法,用乙醇为溶剂,用紫外可见分光光度法对提取液中黄酮含量进行测定,另外利用超声波辅助萃取法与传统溶剂回流法相比较,根据L9(34)正交实验对黄酮的提取条件进行了优化。确定溶剂提取黄酮的工艺参数为:溶剂回流法,乙醇浓度40%、提取温度70℃、料液比1 g∶30 mL、提取时间3 h,该条件下黄酮得提取率8.13%。
Study on the optimum preparation procedure for extraction of Flavonoids from the pericarp of the mangosteen fruit.Through organic solvent extraction,the absorbance of flavonoids was measured.In addition comparison of ultrasonic assisted extraction,and solvent refluxing extraction.the orthogonal test of four factors and three levels were studied to obtain the extracting technology of the pericarp of the mangosteen fruit.The optimal technical conditions were mixing the pericarp of the mangosteen fruit.with 40 % ethanol on the ratio of 1 g:30 mL at 70 ℃ for 3 h.By using this method,the extraction rate was the highest reaching 8.13 %.
