摘要
探寻麦秆生物质油品中的高附加值化合物,萃取分离出化学工艺品常压下将麦秆在丙三醇中醇解液化产物用不同极性的有机溶剂萃取分离。研究了液化时间、液化温度对残渣得率以及对丙酮、氯仿萃取效果的影响。实验研究表明:反应时间、反应温度对麦杆的液化产物有较大的影响。在液化温度为140℃、液化时间为120 min时,残渣得率最低为10.59%;液化时间180 min时液化产物在丙酮、氯仿的萃取率分别可达27.25%、32.08%。丙酮、氯仿可作为麦秆丙三醇液化产物萃取分离的有效试剂。
High-value compounds of straw biomass in oil products were explored and chemical products were achieved by way of extraction separation.Straw under atmospheric pressure in the glycerol alcoholysis liquid product was extracted by different polarity organic solvent.Liquefaction time,liquefaction temperature on sludge yield was studied and its influence to the effect of acetone,chloroform extraction.Experimental results showed that reaction time,reaction temperature on straw in the liquefied product has bigger impact.In the liquefaction temperature for 140 ℃ and the liquefaction time for 120 min,the lowest rates of residue is 10.59 %;in the liquefaction time for 180 min,liquefied products in acetone,chloroform dissolution rate can reach about 27.25 %,32.08 % respectively.Acetone and chloroform,as straw glycerol liquefied products,can become the effective extraction separation reagent.
