摘要 笔者研究了PP/EPDM体系中加入DBPH和DVB,使其形成动态硫化共混。通过掺入含有柔性高分子链的橡胶并生产部分β晶型PP,提高PP体系的冲击强度,改善低温韧性。在用橡胶进行预增韧PP体系的基础上,再使用经表面活化处理的BaSO4粒子进行增韧,形成以BaSO4粒子为核,EPDM为壳的核-壳分散结构。以BaSO4粒子的增韧效果十分显著并且可解决PP体系收缩率大和表面漆膜附着性差的缺点。通过正交试验寻找到最佳的组分配方,研制出的新型热塑性弹性体性能满足汽车工业对保险杠材料的性能要求。 The author studied the PP/EPDM system by adding DBPH and DVB,to form a dynamically vulcanized blends.By the incorporation of a rubber comprising a flexible polymer chain and the production of some β crystal PP,improved the impact strength and low temperature toughness of PP system.Based on pre-toughened PP system with rubber,and then use the BaSO4 particle with surface activation treatment for toughening,formed a core-shell structure which with BaSO4particles as the core and EPDM as the shell.The toughening effect of BaSO4particles is significant and overcame the shortcomings of the PP system that with large shrinkage and poor surface coating adhesion.Through the orthogonal experiment to find the best component,developed a new type of thermoplastic elastomer which performance met the automotive performance of bumper material requirements
