摘要
为获得制造BDO高纯原料氢气,增加绕管换热器,将96.6%高纯低温气体复热,解决传统合成氨装置提供BDO高纯原料氢气只能在配氮完成后合成氨原料气中抽取,另外此气源送至变压吸附后氢气回收率高,变压吸附占地面积小且投资低。
In order to obtain high purity hydrogen from BDO raw materials,add the heat exchanger,reheat the 96.6 % High pure low temperature gas.To solve the traditional synthetic ammonia device which provides BDO of high purity raw material of hydrogen,only can extract with nitrogen after the completion of synthesis gas,in addition,the hydrogen recovery rate will become higher after the gas is sent to high pressure swing adsorption,and it has the advantages of small occupation for area and low investment.
