摘要
利用微电解-Fenton氧化法深度处理某石化企业含油废水。正交实验结果表明,进水含油量为20~30 mg/L时,在Fe/Cu/C质量比为2∶1∶1条件下,三元微电解最佳工艺参数:初始pH为5,液固比为2∶1,反应时间为75 min;单因素实验确定Fenton氧化法最佳工艺参数:H2O2投加量为1.0 mL/L,废水pH为5,反应时间为40 min。在以上条件下,总除油率可达96%~98%,出水含油量可达工业回用水标准,实现废水循环利用目的。
Polishing process of oily wastewater from certain petro-chemical plant by micro-electrolysis and Fenton oxidation the orthogonal test results indicated that,when the oil content was 20~30 mg/L,under the mass ratio of Fe,Cu and C is 2∶1∶1,the optimum process parameters of Fe-Cu-C ternary micro-electrolysis is: pH value of petroleum refining wastewater is 5,solid-liquid ratio is 2: 1 and reaction time is 75min;Moreover,The best Fenton oxidation method operating conditions was investigated by single factor experiment,optimal conditions was: pH value was 5,H2O2 dosage of 1 mL/L,reaction time was 40 min.Under such parameters,the total oil removal efficiency can be attained 96 %~98 %,the oil content can reach the industrial standard of reuse water,achieve the purpose of recycling wastewater.
