摘要
对比空分装置填料塔与筛板塔的结构特点。通过理论计算、分析相关能耗数据和其他空分装置资料。得出上塔采用规整填料的空分精馏塔能够减小压降,进而使上塔阻力大为降低,并有效降低空压机出口压力,减少电机耗电量,提高生产能力。
Compared the structure characteristics of the air separation unit packing column and sieve plate column.Through theoretical calculation and analysis related data of energy consumption and other air separation device data.Concluded that adopting structured packing on the air separation column can reduce the pressure drop,and greatly reduce the tower resistance,and effectively reduce the air compressor outlet pressure,which reduces power consumption,increase production capacity.
