摘要
探讨原子吸收分光光度法检测水中钙时的干扰与去除,从燃烧头高度、助燃比和基体改进剂三方面来探讨对测定的影响,寻求最佳工作条件。实验结果表明:燃烧头高度为12.0 nm,助燃比为:13.5∶2 L/min;加入基体改进剂可以去除干扰,提高灵敏度和线性,对精密度没有影响。
Discussion on atomic absorption interference detection of calcium in water by atomic absorption spectrometry and the removal from three aspects,the combustion head height,combustion ratio and matrix modifier on the determination of the impact,to find the best working conditions.The experimental results show that: the combustion head height is 12 nm,the combustion ratio: 13.5∶2 L/min;with matrix modifier can remove interference,increase the calcium sensitivity and linear.
