摘要
研究了以EDTA作为显色剂,用双波长光度法测定Zn-Ni合金镀液中Zn2+与Ni2+含量的方法,分析了测量波长的选择,测量的线性范围,溶液的pH、显色剂的用量以及有机络合剂和Fe3+等干扰因素的排除对测量结果的影响,实验结果表明,该方法的准确度和精密度较高。
Using EDTA agent as colorant,the quick quantitative determination of Zn2+and Ni2+in Zn-Ni plating bath solution was studied by duplex-wave spectrophotometric means.The effects of measuring wave length,linear range of measurement,solution acidity,amount of EDTA and the removal of interferential factors such as Fe3+ and organic complexing agent on measured results were discussed.The experiment results show Beer,law was obeyed for Ni in the range of 0~1000 mg/L and Zn in the range of 0~800 mg/L,which is accurate and meets the demands of practice.
