摘要
沥青拌合过程中产生的沥青烟污染是一个不可轻视的问题,实验以SZ90#沥青为例考察实验室模拟拌和老化的条件,确定了200℃、300 L/h、搅拌速率为180 r/min并作用12小时这一条件为接近现场拌合条件,并在此条件下对沥青烟进行收集,从而得到模拟沥青拌合过程中沥青烟的释放量为1425.4980 mg/kg。根据全国最近十几年沥青的表观消费量,对沥青烟的释放量进行统算,为大气环保工作的开展提供数据参考。
The asphalt fume pollution which is produced by the mixing of asphalt should not to be belittled.The experiment took SZ90# asphalt for example,investigated the conditions of mixing and aging that can be simulated in laboratory.Found that 200 ℃,300 L/h(the air flow),180 r/min(the mixing rate) and 12 h(the reaction time) are the better conditions that much closer to the mixing environment.Under these conditions gathered the asphalt fume,then found the amount of the asphalt fume released in the mixing process is 1425.4980 mg/kg.Calculated the amount of the asphalt fume by the apparent consumption of more than the late ten years in our country,providing data for the work of the air protection.
