基于质量问题归零的知识检索技术研究

Research on Knowledge Retrieval Technology Based on Closed-loop Quality Management

为解决航天企业质量问题归零知识重用的问题,将知识检索技术应用于质量问题归零知识管理,构建了基于质量问题归零专业领域词汇库的知识检索框架.提出了基于网络图结构的语义横向扩展和基于概念从属树的语义纵向延伸两种语义扩展及标注方法.给出了一种基于概念词汇语义距离和概念词汇频度的语义匹配度算法,并通过一个简单的实例对算法进行了说明和验证.

To solve the problem that Closed--loop Quali- ty Management knowledge is reused difficultly in aerospace enterprises, the knowledge retrieval technology is used inClosed--loop Quality Knowledge Management and a knowledge retrieval framework is presented based on a professional lexicon of Closedloop Quality Management field. Then methods of semantic horizontal expansion based on network graphic and semantic longitudinal extension based on Concept Dependency Tree are proposed. At last a algorithm of semantic matching degree based on concepts semantic distance and concepts frequency is presented and verified through an example.
