摘要
本文选择金属丝网除尘器作为研究对象,利用Fluent软件模拟了除尘器在不同的过滤速度、滤袋渗透率和气体温度条件下的气固两相流场。模拟结果表明,金属丝网滤料可以采用高于传统纤维滤料的过滤速度,滤袋不同位置的过滤速度有较大差别;较高的入口温度导致速度场分布的不均匀性增加;适当提高滤料的面渗透率,有利于降低系统压降,促进流场均匀性的改善。可以尝试滤袋的分区和分段过滤,最大程度提高除尘器的材料利用率,延长滤袋寿命,节约成本。
This article uses FLUENT software to simulate a metal mesh filter and analyzes the gas-solid two-phase flow field in different cases of velocity, permeability and temperature. The research shows that a higher velocity could be used in the metal mesh filter,and gas velocity jumps a lot in different parts of the filter bag. Higher temperature results in a worse flow distribution. It is advisable to use materials with different permeability and different thicknesses according to the flow field distribution in the de-duster.
