利用ANSYS对高压给水加热器管板进行有限元分析

摘要 高压给水加热器是火电和核电厂热循环中必需的重要设备,随着电站技术的更新换代,高压加热器的压力和温度不断提高,设计参数和结构形式超出常规设计标准的适用范围。本文利用ANSYS建立管板、换热管、壳体的模型,对仅受管程设计压力的工况对管板结构进行有限元分析,校核管板强度。 High pressure feed water heater is a necessary and important component in fire power plants and nuclear power plants. Design pressure and temperature of HP Heater is getting higher and higher because of technical advance of power plant. Some of the design data and configuration is not suitable for Standards of Design by Rule. This paper found a model, which is composed of tubeshe-et, tube, and shells, with ANSYS program. To check the intensity of the tubesheet, Finite element a-nalysis is used for the condition of performing internal pressure on the tube side only.
