摘要
文章利用能量最小原理计算斜齿轮时变接触线上的载荷分布,在考虑齿面摩擦的情况下计算轮齿接触点的变形,通过对比有无摩擦两种情况的计算结果后可知,齿面摩擦对齿轮弯曲特性的影响较为明显,节点处的变形突变较大势必将引起较大的刚度变化从而带来振动和噪音。在考虑齿面摩擦的情况下构建齿轮的动力学模型,给出了主、从动齿轮绕旋转中心的振动位移轨迹。
Base on the theory of energy minimization the load distribution for helical gear was calculated. And the deformation on contact point was calculated in the case of considering the friction of the tooth surface. The comparison of calculated results shows that tooth friction has significant influence on the bending effect, and this influence will produce the vibration and noise. Finally, the dynamic functions were constructed to give the tooth friction and calculate the vibration trajectory of pinion and gear.
