This article tries to illustrate the ＂People -oriented＂ serw ice concept of juvenile and children library from these aspects, such as the necessity of the ＂People - oriented＂ service concept, concrete manifestation of ＂People- oriented＂ service concept in the juvenile and children library, and the reflection of ＂People -oriented＂ service concept.
