摘要 目的慢性探讨脑钠肽在阻塞性肺病急性加重期(AECOPD)和肺心病中的意义。方法 68例住院患者中AECOPD患者34例,肺心病34例。取外周血2ML,测NT-PROBNP。结果 AECOPD患者脑钠肽升高不明显,有心力衰竭者明显升高。结论脑钠肽可鉴别AECOPD急性发作与肺心病患者的呼吸困难。 Objective To study the application of brain natriuretic peptide （NT-PROBNP） in acute exacerbations of COPD and cor pulmonary. Methods IN a total of 68 patients,AECOPD patients are 34, cor pulmonary are 34. We take 2 mL peripheral blood from every subjects, checking their NT-ProNT-PROBNP. Results Patients of AECOPD without heart failure, whose NT-PROBNP＇ s levels do not rise obviously, but those with heart failure rise higher. Conclusions NT-PROBNP can be used to identify the dyspnea of AECOPD and cor pulmonary.
