第四方物流参与下生鲜农产品质押融资运作模式

Operational Mode of Fresh Agricultural Products Financing under 4PL's Participation

生鲜农产品易损耗等特性决定其质押融资需要有完善的质押方案和特殊的储存条件和地点,第四方物流的优势在于物流方案优化、供应链的改造、创新等,第四方物流(4PL)的参与有效弥补了生鲜农产品不能质押融资的局限,对进一步拓宽质押业务范围有着积极意义。本文在深入分析4PL参与质押融资业务优势的基础上,结合生鲜农产品特性和质押融资业务特征,提出了就近市场、政府扶持、核心企业担保和保险公司担保四种有4PL企业参与的生鲜农产品质押融资业务运作模式。以期为存货质押理论体系的进一步完善和发展提供有益探索。

Due to the characteristics of easy corrosion of fresh agricultural products, its pledge financing needs perfect pledge programs and special storage conditions and locations. The advantage of fourth-party logistics （4PL） is to provide solutions to optimize the supply chain, its participation effectively compensate for the limitations which fresh agricultural products can not develop pledge financing. Our research has a positive signifi cance to further broaden the scope of the pledge business. Based on analysis on the advantage of 4PL＇s participation in pledge financing business, combined with the characteristics of fresh agricultural products and pledge financing business, the paper gives four pledge financing operations mode with 4PL＇s participation： the nearest market, government support, core corporate guarantees and insurance companies guarantee.
