During recent years, The policy of women micro-lending in Gansu province has seen dramatic breakthroughs,Which support the development of agriculture and rural economy strongly and make some poor women and their families out of poverty quickly to took to the road to get rich. Based on the gansu rural women micro-lending, this article study the patterns and characteristics of this policy implementation and deeply analys the problems in the policy implementation process in order to explore the development and perfection of path and method.
