摘要
协同知识创新团队是组织开展协同知识创新活动的主要组织形式,其激励机制研究对于提高协同知识创新活动绩效具有重要的现实意义,可为企业寻求并获得持续竞争优势提供可靠的保证。在分析协同知识创新团队的内涵与特征的基础上,探讨了协同知识创新团队激励的影响因素,提出了一套较为有效的激励机制。
Collaborative knowledge innovation team is the main organizational form to carry out the activities of collaborative knowledge innovation, the study on its incentive mechanisms for improving the performances of collaborative knowledge innovation has an important practical significance, it may provide a reliable guarantee to seek and obtain sustainable competitive advantages for enterprises. By the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of collaborative knowledge innovation team, the influence factors of collaborative knowledge innovation team were explored, and a set of comparatively valid incentive mechanisms was proposed.
