分析了在经济全球化浪潮下,航运企业建立战略联盟的重要意义。并分析了联盟合作博弈中利润分配的Shapley值法,在分析航运企业战略联盟体中利润分配影响因素的基础上,对Shapley值法做了改进,并用算例进行了验证。

This paper analyzes the significance of shipping enterprises establishing the corporate alliance in the economic globalization. Furthermore, it analyzes Shapley value method to distribute profits in the cooperative games in the alliance. Based on the factors which influence the distribution of profits, it improves the Shapley value method, and then validates the method by a numerical example.
