Through the interpretation of nature narration and its aesthetic effects in Virginia Woolf＇s To the Lighthouse,the paper has pointed out the novel theme as the unification of life and nature from its adoption of the narrative strategy of the blending of feeling and setting. The narrative strategy is discussed from three progressive levels; respectively feeling drawn from setting,feeling integrated in setting,and setting leading to thoughts. The interactive narration of feeling and setting enables readers of To the Lighthouse to gain appreciation and deep perception for life.
