关于学术不端行为法律规制的思考

On the legal regulation of academic misconduct

社会的变革带来了社会价值观的变化,也导致了制度建设的滞后。故而一方面道德诚信不断下滑,学术不端行为时有发生,道德调整机制的局限性尽显,另一方面,制度却始终缺位,从当前学术不端立法现状出发,建议完善我国相关立法,消除立法矛盾和立法空白,建立多元化的法律规制机制,强化执行力,确保法律实效。

Social change has brought changes in social values,also led to the lag of the system construction. Therefore a moral integrity are falling,academic misconduct have occurred from time to time,show the limitations of moral adjustment mechanism,on the other hand,the system has the vacancy,the article from the current situation of academic misconduct legislation,suggestions to improve our country＇s relevant legislation, eliminate the legislation contradiction and legislative blank,to establish the mechanism of legal regulation of diversification, strengthen the implementation of force ,to ensure the legal effectiveness.
