'Post-modernism'is an exceptionally important key word in Jameson's works,but it does not mean that he is a post-modernism theoretician.Post-modernism is the starting point for his involvement in reality and represents the late capitalist cultural logic.What he truly wants to indicate and confirm is the late(whole world) capitalism that supports post-modernism.In fact,his critical theory of post-modernist culture is a contemporary Marxist explanation of the capitalist development.
