摘要
水煎剂法提取4种中草药(野黄菊花、怀牛膝、金银花、苦地丁)有效成分,通过测定其中黄酮类、多糖类、多酚类含量及其对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果,研究有效成分的抑菌效果与其含量的相关性.结果表明:4种中草药对大肠杆菌均具有显著的抑菌效果,且随浓度增加抑菌效果逐渐增强.相同浓度下,抑菌效果强弱依次为野黄菊花>怀牛膝>苦地丁>金银花.抑菌效果与3种有效成分含量的相关性大小依次为野黄菊花>苦地丁>金银花>怀牛膝.
In order to study the correlation between the anti - bacteria of four Chinese herbal extracts and the active ingre- dient content, the paper studied the anti- bacteria and measured the flavonoids content, polysaceharides content, polyphe- nols content of four Chinese herbal water extracts. The results showed that the four Chinese herbs all have notable anti - bacterial effects on Escherichia coli, and the effect tends to become stronger with the concentration rising. At the same con- centration, the anti - bacterial effects of the four herbs in turn to be wild chrysanthemum, achyranthes bidentata blume, bunge corydalis herb and honeysuckle. The correlation between the content and anti - bacteria of active effective extracted from four Chinese herbs in turn to be wild chrysanthemum, bunge corydalis herb, honeysuckle and achyranthes bidentata blume.
