摘要
本文研究了利用液膜法富集谷氨酸废水中氨基酸。考察了不同载体、载体用量、表面活性剂用量、液体石蜡用量、膜内相浓度、乳水比6个单因素对提取率的影响。结果表明:在二(2-乙基已基)磷酸(D2EHPA)、山梨醇酐单油酸酯(Span-80)、H2SO4溶液和煤油所组成的膜体系中,当油膜相载体D2EHPA用量为5%,表面活性剂Span-80用量6%,石蜡用量5%,内水相为2 mol/L硫酸溶液,乳水比1:5时,氨基酸萃取率高达80%,达到了分离富集废水中氨基酸的目的。
Studying on liquid membrane application of amino acids enrichment on molasses glutamic wastewater has been carried out. Six main factors including different carrier, the carrier dosage, the surfactant dosage, liquid paraffin dosage, membrane inward concentration, emulsion-water ratio are studied on the effect of amino acids enrichment. The experiment results showed that, in the emulsion liquid membrane system of D2EHPA, Span-80, H2SO4 and kerosene, the extraction of amino acid glutamic acid rate is as high as 80% when the carrier D2EHPA dosage is 5%, the surfactant SP-80 dosage is 6%, the liquid paraffin dosage is 5%, the membrane inward concentration is 2 mol/L sulfuric acid, emulsion-water ratio is 1:5, achieving the purpose of the separation and enrichment.
