热力管式糖液浮清器

摘要 针对糖液气浮清净和热浮清净设备的现状,提出糖液气浮清净和热浮清净相结合的一体化清净设备──热力管式糖液浮清器。介绍了该浮清器的结构、糖厂使用的工艺流程及在糖厂的使用结果:去除混合汁约94%固形物,清汁与混合汁纯度差约为0.8,清净效率约为5%,脱色率15%。 According to the present situation of equipments for air floatation and thermal floatation in syrup clarification, a combined equipment, thermal piping floation clarifier, was designed. The construction, techninogical process for sugar mills and application results were introduced. It can remove 94% solid substance from mixed juice. Purity difference from mixed juice to clarified juice was approximately 0.8 with clarification ratio of 5% and decoloration ratio of 15%.
