摘要
以十二醇和十四醇及两者混合物为溶剂,与隐色剂热敏红、显色剂双酚A混合配制着色系统,制备有机温致变色木材,并测试其色度学参数及溶剂熔点,以确定溶剂熔点与木材变色性能之间的关系。结果表明:以不同有机醇为溶剂的温致变色木材的变色性能存在差异;选择低熔点的溶剂,能获得低温温致变色木材。
Three kinds of aliphatic alcohols (1-dodecanol, 1-tetradecanol, and their mixtures) were selected as solvents to prepare a coloring agent for making thermochromic wood. The colorimetric parameters of the thermochromic wood and the relationship between the solvents melting point and thermochromic properties of the wood were analyzed. The results showed thermochromic property differences existed among the thermochromic wood made with different solvents. The color-change temperature depended on the melting point of solvent. The wood made with solvent with lower melting point,such as 1-dodecanol or mixture of 1-dodecanol with 1-tetradecanol, could have color change at lower temperature.
