木材横纹抗拉强度试件加工方法的改进

摘要 为提高试件的加工精度及加工的安全性,开发了适用于木材横纹抗拉强度试件铣削的弧形面仿形模具,以替代传统的人工手持靠模加工法。通过对落叶松试件加工质量的对比及横纹抗拉强度的检测,结果表明:与传统加工方法相比,利用改进方法加工试件的外观质量、加工精度均有明显提高,且横纹抗拉强度检测数据受试件制作而产生的波动减小。 For improving the machining precision tff tensile sti'ength perpendicular to wood grain specimen and the safety of operating, the authors developed a kind of curved surface profile modeling machining device. Compared with the traditional manual processing of the specimen, the machining precision and appearance quality of specimen machined by the new device were improved greatly and the testing results of tensile strength perpendicular to grain of specimen were less affected by specimen preparation.
