摘要
针对情报部门仅关注某些领域动态新闻信息的情况，采用Web正文抽取、汉语分词、文本分类和未登录词识别等技术，通过跟踪用户浏览记录分析用户主题偏好，实现了主动推荐主题信息的主动式信息服务平台。最后，通过试验验证了系统设计的优越性和可靠性。
The intelligence agencies pay great attention to dynamic news information in specific areas. An active information service platform is designed by using information technologies, such as Web content extraction, Chinese character segmentation, text classification, and unknown word recognition technologies to follow userrs browsing history and analyze user＇s preference of topics, thus realizing active topic-specific information recommendation. The experiment proves that system design is reliable and superior.
