摘要
侦察方案效能评估的复杂性源于侦察方案效能指标的相对模糊性、多层次性和复杂性。分析并建立了侦察方案效能评估指标体系；基于模糊层次分析法，提出了一种适应侦察方案效能评估的综合模型。该模型为指挥员的作战决策以及各侦察装备的使用提供了参考依据，并为提高侦察方案作战效能创造条件。
The complexity of the efficiency evaluation of reconnaissance solution is derived from the relative fuzziness, hierarchy and complexity of the efficiency index. An efficiency evaluation index system of reconnaissance solution is analyzed. Based on the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method, a comprehensive model is established for the efficiency evaluation of reconnaissance solu- tion. The model can provide a reliable reference basis for the decision of commander and the use of the reconnaissance equipment, and create conditions for increasing the efficiency of the recon- naissance solution.
