摘要
效果评估是图书馆员工援助计划(LEAP)实施的一个关键步骤,直接关系到EAP的长期价值和执行效果。首先阐述了图书馆员工援助计划的概念、实施步骤、方法、指标等情况,然后详细介绍了图书馆员工援助计划评估体系的构建及评估的实施流程,最后分析了实施LEAP评估时应注意的几个问题,并结合中国国情和图书馆文化的特殊性,提出了相关的实施建议。期望能引起EAP研究领域和实践人员的重视,提升EAP服务的整体效应。
Recently, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is receiving increasing attention in our country; the effect evalu- ation is the key procedure to carry out the EAP in library. It is important for the long value and the performing ef- fect. According to the problem in the evaluation of EAP, this article firstly introduced the concept, the performing procedure, the methods and the correct indicators. Then in great detail introduces the construction of the evaluation system using the EAP in library. Finally, with the reference of Chinese Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and with the consideration of the characteristics of librarian and working background, this article brings forward some suggestions to measure the effect of evaluation in order to accelerate the process of EAP in our county.
