摘要
运用数据说明中国高校机构库发展前景不佳,分析其现阶段存在的问题。提出要在建设过程中于技术层面实施数据监护,通过数字化存储技术让数据监护(DC)成为机构库(IR)容纳数据仓储的切入点;于效用层面上营造学术共享空间(AC),创建IR-AC服务模式,论证了实施数据监护的高校机构库是学术共享空间的拓展和延伸,充分体现了IR和AC双赢的应用前景。
