摘要
目的:探讨体育锻炼对大学生自我效能感的影响以及力量在其中的作用机制。方法:采用问卷调查法,共收集400个有效样本;数据分析主要采用结构方程模型中因子分析和路径分析的方法。结果:体育锻炼对个体力量有显著的正向影响;体育锻炼对一般自我效能感有显著的正向影响;力量在体育锻炼与一般自我效能感之间具有显著的完全中介作用。结论:在青年学生群体中,体育锻炼是提高力量素质的有效手段,并且能够通过提升力量素质进而提升一般自我效能感水平,增强他们完成任务、适应社会的信心。
Objective: This study investigated the relationship between physical activity and self-efficacy of undergraduate students. Moreover, it focused on the role of strength on this processes. Methods: A questionnaire survey method was used to collect data from 400 college students. A series of EFA, CFA, and PA of structural equation model were conducted for data ana- lyses. Results: The results consistently showed that physical activity was positively related to strength. Further, the results also demonstrated that strength mediated the relationship linking physical activity to self-efficacy. That reveals that more physical ac- tivity can promote college students' self-efficacy through strength. Conclusion: Among the young students, physical exercise is an effective means of improving the strength quality, and enhance the level of self-efficacy to improve their confidence to fulfill a task and adapt to the society.
