On Culture Connotation of Chuzhou Ancient Bridges and its Protection and Development

对滁州市城区古桥建筑进行调查、分析、研究,从滁州市现存的古桥建筑的结构形式、历史发展、病害类型、科技价值等方面入手,总结古桥建筑文化及科技价值,提炼四种保护模式及综合开发方法。

Based on the investigation, analyses and study of ancient bridges in Chuzhou city, some sus- tainable strategies are put forward to protect and develop these ancient bridges. With help of analyzing their structure, history, present state, and scientific and technical value, this article concludes their ar- chitecture culture and scientific and technical values, and promotes four protecting modes and overall developing methods.
