摘要
全面详细地测定了瓷釉在高温下的粘度值 ,研究了瓷釉组成变化对其高温粘度的影响。实验结果表明 :瓷釉的高温粘度随温度的升高而降低 ,其关系可用VFG方程来描述 :配方中MgO含量的提高使瓷釉的高温粘度升高 ,而SiO2 /Al2 O3 比对高温粘度的影响不仅与其值的大小有关 ,还与许多其它因素有关。
The viscosity of the glaze at high temperature is measured in detail,the influence upon the high temperature viscosity is studied when the composition of the glaze is changed.The testing result indicates that the high temperature viscosity decrease when the temperature rises,and the relationship between them can be described by the VFG function.When the content of MgO in the batch increase,the high temperature viscosity of the glaze rises.The SiO 2/Al 2O 3 ratio influences the high temperature viscosity of the glaze,which not only deals with its value,but other factors.
