“大学生职业生涯和就业指导”课程中职业价值观教育研究

Study on occupational values education in the teaching of “university Students' career and employment guidance” curriculum

目前,大学生职业价值观出现了一些新变化。"大学生职业生涯和就业指导"课程作为大学生职业价值观教育的主渠道,笔者在该课程教学上进行探索。将职业价值观教育在内在结构上与生涯教育的内容相对应,使之贯穿于该课程教学的始终,同时通过采取体验式教学法,使正确的职业价值观内化为学生的思想品质。

Currently, new changes start to occur on university students＇ occupational values. ＂Students＇ career and employment guidance＂curriculum is the main channel of university students＇ occupational val- ues education. The author did exploration on the teaching of this curriculum, and corresponded the oc- cupational values of education to contents of career education on inherent structure. This education ran throughout the teaching of this curriculum. By taking experience teaching method, the right career val- ues were made into the students＇ ideological quality.
