摘要
在探索"资源共享、集约发展"的办学模式上,常州高职教育园区从科学定位到规划建设,进而持续、健康、快速发展,高职教育园区的办学效益及其规模协同效应日益显现。与此同时,对园区自身管理能力及资源共享的深度与广度、能力互补和产学研一体化集群发展方面所面临的问题也需关注,并提出相应的对策与建议。
Through exploring the running mode of resource sharing and intensive development, Changzhou higher vocational education town develops continually and rapidly from aspects of scientific positioning, planning and construction. The effectiveness and size of high- er vocational education town become increasingly obvious. Meanwhile, there should be wide-spread attention to aspects of the town' s self-management ability, the depth and breadth of the resource sharing, ability complementary and the integrated develop- ment of industry-teaching-research.
