高职院校学术权力边缘化与重构设想

Thinking on Marginalization of Academic Power and Reconstruction in Higher Vocational Colleges

在当前我国行政权力为主导的管理体制下,高职院校行政权力也必然占据主导地位,不同程度地存在着学术权力边缘化现象,对高职教育的良性发展有一定的影响。因此,应分析高职院校学术权力边缘化原因,提出学术权力重构的设想,不断强化学术权力在高职教育发展中的重要作用。

Currently, under the administrative-power-dominated management system in our country, administrative power in higher vocational colleges seizes a dominant position. And there are phenomenons of marginalization of academic power at different levels, which have certain influence on higher vocational education＇s positive development. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the reason of marginalization of academic power in higher vocational colleges and put forward ideas of reconstruction of academic power, so that to gradually strengthen the function of academic power in the development of higher vocational education.
