摘要
体验式教学模式是一种教师引导学生去主动发现,主动学习的教学模式。该模式对于实践类课程的适用性得到了众多一线教学工作者的推崇。为了适应新形势下酒店业对高素质人才的需求,针对传统教学法在酒店前厅与客房管理课程教学中的问题,提出采用体验式教学来进行该课程教学,进一步阐述体验式教学的深刻内涵和积极效果。
The experiential teaching mode guides students to take the initiative to discover and to do active learning. This mode is recommen- ded by many front - line teachers because of its feasibility in practical courses. In order to meet the hotel industry' s needs of high- quality talents under new situation, this paper introduces the experiential teaching mode in teaching the course of Hotel Lobby and Rooms Management, defines the profound connotation of the experiential teaching and its positive effects according to the tradition- al teaching methods' problems in teaching the course of Hotel Lobby and Rooms Management.
