基于“长尾理论”的高职教育教学改革探索

摘要 在高职教育教学改革的大背景下,高职院校重点关注的是各类教育教学改革项目立项,忽视改革中学校教职员工的主动参与意识和积极性的发挥。通过分析高职教育教学改革中存在的问题,提出将"长尾理论"应用到改革实施过程中,树立"头尾共舞"的改革理念,实现头尾共赢的改革效果,达到高职教育教学改革预期目标。 In the context of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges pay great attention to teaching reform projects, but have ignored college staffs active sense of participation and their initiatives. Through the analysis of the problems ex- isted in the teaching reform in higher vocational colleges, this paper introduces to apply the Long Tail Theory to the teaching re- form, set up the concept of mutual development, so that to realize the win-win reform effect and finally reach the teaching reform targets of higher vocational colleges.
