高职院校对口单招人才培养模式改革探究——以淮安信息职业技术学院数控技术专业为例

Exploration and Research on Specialty-oriented Talents Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province:Taking Numerical Control Technology Specialty of Huai'an College of Information Technology as an Example

针对江苏省大多数高职院校对口单招人才培养机制与普招专业没有分开实施的问题,以淮安信息职业技术学院数控技术专业为例,从人才培养目标、职业岗位群、专业核心能力以及具体的课程体系设置等方面展开研究,探索高职院校对口单招人才培养新模式。

Specialty-oriented talents training mechanism is not separated with the general recruit talents training mechanism in most higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province. Taking numerical control technology specialty of Huai＇an College of Information Tech- nology as an example, this paper studies the talents training objectives, professional posts, professional core ability and curricu- hun system setup, so that to explore a new mode of specialty-oriented talents training in Higher Vocational colleges.
